2 OZ HIBISCUS-INFUSED SCOTCH WHISKEY 1/2 OZ SWEET VERMOUTH

1/4 OZ AGAVE SYRUP 2 DASHES ORANGE BITTERS

directions
1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER. 2. SHAKE VIGOROUSLY AND DOUBLE STRAIN OVER ICE. 3. GARNISH WITH ORANGE ZEST. FOR HIBISCUS INFUSION: ADD 2 OZ LOOSE HIBISCUS TEA PER 750 ML SCOTCH WHISKEY. INFUSE FOR 2 HOURS, AND THEN STRAIN OUT TEA LEAVES.
