2 DASHES ORANGE BITTERS ORANGE ZEST / BRANDIED CHERRY ROOIBOS TEA INFUSION

1. COMBINE FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER. 2. ADD ICE, SHAKE VIGOROUSLY AND DOUBLE STRAIN OVER ICE. 3. GARNISH WITH ORANGE ZEST AND BRANDIED CHERRY. FOR ROOIBOS INFUSION: ADD 2 OZ (VOLUME) LOOSE-LEAF ROOIBOS TEA PER 750 ML RYE. LET STAND FOR 2 HOURS, AND THEN STRAIN OUT TEA LEAVES.
